Your online store will stay open for a predetermined time period, typically 2-3 weeks. This allows for potential customers to order after their pay period. During that time the customers will be able to access the webstore and order whatever they would like and they pay online with a credit card. Once the store is closed, we will process the order and begin ordering and decorating which typically takes about 3 weeks. After the order is ready we will bag up each order and label them based on the person that ordered them. If the point person wants to pick up all the orders here at our store then deliver them to a designated location like a practice or a meeting they have that option. This would eliminate shipping costs.
Once you have decided to use our service, a “point person” (typically a coach, parent, board member, or employee) will contact Hallwear and the process will start with a few questions:
Decided on what products you would like to have featured in the store. This can included t-shirts, hoodies, bags, hats, blankets, etc.
Whether you're a business or a team, we will need a high resolution "vector" file or artwork. If you do not have this we can help create one for you.
We can help guide you in picking products that your audience will purchase wheather it's athletes, parents, coaches, employees or everyone.
How long will you like to keep the store open? Write a description for this list item and include information that will interest site visitors. For example, you may want to describe a team member's experience, what makes a product special, or a unique service that you offer.
